Required products :
1 kg of fresh mushrooms (you can also use frozen or canned)
3 tablespoons sweet or hot mustard
5-6 cloves garlic
dill, parsley, thyme, ground black pepper and other spices of your choice and to taste
1 tablespoon vinegar
50 milliliters of oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation :
If you use frozen mushrooms, defrost them beforehand. Then fry until the liquid evaporates. Transfer them to a salad bowl or other suitable container and add finely chopped garlic and chopped green spices.
Mix the mustard with a spoonful of vinegar, a little salt and oil. Stir and pour the resulting marinade over the mushrooms.
Put the salad in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, stirring several times during this time.
You can replace the sweet mustard with Dijon, add 1 teaspoon of honey, the vinegar should be white
balsamic, use canned mushrooms, and cut the garlic into large pieces.
