Learn how to cook "Musical salad with fish, eggs and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
canned fish of your choice
4 eggs
200 grams of yellow cheese
1 onion
a piece of melted cheese
mayonnaise or sour cream
a few black olives
1 small carrot
parsley stalk
Method of preparation :
Boil the eggs and carrots. Finely chop the onion and scald with boiling water. Grate the boiled eggs and yellow cheese (use a fine grater), chop the fish.
Start arranging layers of the products, after each one add salt and spread with a little sour cream or mayonnaise.
The sequence is as follows: a layer of fish, onions, a layer of eggs, grated cheese.
Decorate as seen in the photo, forming a grand piano, using the other products for this purpose.
Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for an hour and serve.
