Required products :

  • 1 kg of minced meat mixture
  • 500 grams of sauerkraut
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • oil
  • spices to taste


Method of preparation :

Saturate the onion, pour half of it into a pan with fat and add the chopped sauerkraut. Fry until the vegetables are golden, it will take about 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.

Beat the egg in the minced meat, add the remaining onion, season and knead.

Grease the bottom of a pan (or baking paper that you put in the pan) and form minced meat nests in it, first making flat bases out of the mixture and then folding the edges.

Fill the resulting empty space with fried sauerkraut and put a little sour cream on each portion.

Bake the nests for an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
