How To Cook Nice Cream With Pineapple And Coconut Chips - Recipe

Take all the tropical flavors you love and add coconut cream to get a creamy dessert without dairy products. This alternative to ice cream gets its sweetness from pineapple and coconut and is just as delicious with or without rum. It only takes 10 minutes to prepare a delicious cream.

Required products :

  • 1 packet of frozen pineapple slices
  • 1 can of coconut cream, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons rum (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut chips

Method of preparation :

Blend the pineapple pieces, coconut cream, lime and rum juice until smooth and creamy. Add 1/4 teaspoon of water if necessary to aid in fruit processing.

Sprinkle with toasted coconut chips before serving.

* You can store the most cream in the freezer for up to 3 months. Allow to soften at room temperature for about 1 hour before serving.
