How To Cook Nut Brownies With Dried Strawberries And Agave - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of dates, pitted
  • 50 grams of dried strawberries
  • 100 grams of almond oil or cashews
  • 50 grams of whole blanched almonds
  • 50 grams of coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons agave syrup
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate, grated
  • 50 grams of natural cocoa

For spreading:

  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 15 grams of crushed pistachios

Method of preparation :

Put all the brownie products in a blender and blend until well combined.

Press the mixture on the bottom of a square tray lined with paper.

Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and coconut cream in a water bath.

When you get a uniform consistency, pour the cake and sprinkle with pistachios.

Return to the freezer for another 5 minutes.

Slice and serve.
