Learn how to cook "Oatmeal with pumpkin, cinnamon and almonds". Delicious recipe.
Required products (for 1 serving) :
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (boiled or roasted and mashed pumpkin)
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 teaspoon water
2 tablespoons crushed or chopped almonds (you can use walnuts or other nuts or seeds of your choice)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons brown sugar
pinch nutmeg
pinch salt
Method of preparation :
Make pumpkin puree by boiling or roasting peeled and cleaned of seeds pumpkin, which is then mashed with a fork or grind with a blender.
Roast the almonds in a dry pan and chop or grind.
Bring the water to a boil and then add a pinch of salt and oatmeal. Let cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
In a suitable bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar and cinnamon. Add a pinch of grated nutmeg.
Add the aromatic combination to the oatmeal and leave on the stove for a few more minutes.
When removed from the heat, sprinkle with roasted nuts and serve.
