Required products :

300 milliliters of water
300 grams of flour
350 grams of sausage of your choice
4 eggs
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons sour cream
salt to taste
parsley optional

Method of preparation :

Bring the water to a boil. Pour the flour into a suitable bowl and pour the boiling liquid, stirring vigorously. Knead an elastic dough, cover with a damp cloth and leave for 30 minutes.

 

Meanwhile, chop the sausage, add the eggs, parsley, cream and mustard. Add salt to taste, but also keep in mind that the sausages are salty.


Mix all the products, you get a mixture for making an omelet.

 

Cut the dough into pieces and roll each one thinly. In the middle of the base put the stuffing.

 

Close with a second layer of dough and pinch the edges.

 

Bake the loaves in an oiled pan (under a lid) for about 4-5 minutes on low heat. Then turn to the other side, remove the lid and let the snacks cook until golden.


About 10 medium-sized cakes are obtained.
