Necessary products:

8 eggs

400 grams of meat (pork)

300 grams of onions

75 grams of vegetable oil

75 ml of water

ground red pepper - to taste

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut the raw meat into straws, season with a little pepper and leave for a while in a closed container. Beat the eggs, add salt, water and beat again. Heat half the fat, put the eggs in it and let the mixture thicken over low heat with the lid closed. Then pour into a plate.

Add the remaining butter (oil) to the pan, fry the meat in it, add the diced onion and fry until golden. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the omelet into straws, mix it with the meat and onion, stir.

You can sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds or season with soy sauce. A matter of taste.
