Required products :
8 eggs
250 grams of mozzarella
1 - 2 tomatoes
15 grams of basil
100 milliliters of cooking cream
20 grams of butter
4 slices of bread
50 milliliters of olive oil
15 grams of dill
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into pieces, the basil into straws.
Mix the eggs with the cream, add salt and pepper to taste. Heat the butter in a pan, pour the eggs and add the pieces of mozzarella and tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 5-7 minutes (until a golden crust forms).
Toast the bread slices, serve them with the prepared omelette, sprinkle them with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh dill.
