Cut the bacon into thin slices and fry until golden brown. In the melted fat pour sausage, cut into small cubes, onions - into semicircles, mushrooms - into random pieces. Fry the products for 5 minutes, then add to them potatoes, pre-cooked and cut into small cubes, peas and peppers, which are previously cut and fried.
Season the mixture and heat it.
In a separate pan, heat the butter and pour the beaten eggs. Spread the vegetable combination with the mushrooms evenly on them and sprinkle everything with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh green spices.
Bake the omelette in the oven (180 degrees) until done (about ten minutes).
