Necessary products:
5 eggs
2 tomatoes
200 grams of fresh mushrooms
50 grams of yellow cheese
fresh dill
oil
pinch of salt
a pinch of dried thyme
Method of preparation:
Wash the mushrooms well, dry them and cut them into large pieces. Put a pan with oil to heat over medium heat, add the mushrooms, then thyme and fry for 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into large cubes and add to the mushrooms. Fry for 5 minutes, then season with salt and finely grated yellow cheese. Mix the eggs well and pour them into the pan. Close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to a minimum and let the dish cook as needed.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve.
