How To Cook Omelet With Yellow Cheese And Chicken And Onion Stuffing - Recipe

Required products :

2 eggs
1/2 tea cup fresh milk
1/2 boiled chicken breast
1/2 small onion
50 grams yellow cheese
50 grams butter
oregano or dill to taste
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, wash it and grate it with a large grater, then stew in oil.
Cut the cooked meat into small pieces and add onions to it. Fry them together until golden.
Beat the eggs with the milk (or use cream), add salt and pour the mixture into a hot pan with a little fat.
Close the pan with a lid and let the eggs cook for 5-7 minutes. Put the filling in one part of the egg base, close with the other part and at the end of the process sprinkle with dried oregano or finely chopped dill, distribute the grated yellow cheese.
Serve the omelette hot.
