Required products :
200 grams of smoked meat of your choice
700 grams of onion
250 grams of sour cream
3-4 eggs
200 grams of yellow cheese
1 kilogram of dough
Preparation :
Spread the dough on the bottom of a suitable baking dish, lifting its edges along the walls of the dish.
Cut the smoked and fry lightly. Cut the onion as well, add it to the meat and let it simmer together until the liquid evaporates.
When removed from the heat, spread the mixture over the layer of dough.
Beat the eggs with the cream and grated yellow cheese. Pour this mixture over the onion stuffing.
Add salt if necessary, but keep in mind that smoked and yellow cheese are salty.
Roll the edges of the dough inwards and bake the pie in a preheated oven to 200-200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
