Boil, debone the meat and strain the broth. In a saucepan, heat half the butter and fry the onion, garlic and meat.
Pour the wine, soy sauce and season with bay leaf, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Reduce heat and cook for about 30 minutes.
In another bowl, heat the remaining fat and sauté the rice. Pour the broth and cook until done. Cool and add the red beans. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
Pour the rice mixture into portions, put the dish on it, serve and enjoy.
