Learn how to cook "Orange cocktail with champagne and white wine". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
6 large oranges
200-250 milliliters of freshly squeezed orange juice
1.5 liters of dry white wine
750-800 milliliters of champagne
100 milliliters of cognac
150-170 grams of sugar
For serving:
1-2 lemon
ice cubes
Method of preparation :
Peel the oranges, cut them into pieces, remove the seeds (you can also remove the skins) and cut them into pieces. Put them in a suitable container and sprinkle with sugar, pour freshly squeezed citrus juice, cognac and half of the white wine.
Put the combination in the refrigerator for an hour and a half.
Before serving, add the remaining wine and champagne, which must be cooled.
The drink is served with lots of ice, and you can decorate the glasses with pieces of lemon, orange or your choice.
