How To Cook Oriental Aromatic Sauce For Meat And Fish - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 350 milliliters of water
  • a pinch of chili
  • 5 grams of black peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 dried female roots were
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 star anise
  • pinch of cumin seeds
  • a pinch of fennel seeds
  • 1 stalk fresh thyme
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • peel of an orange
  • 1 stalk of ginger
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark balsamic vinegar
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the water into the pan and add the chili, black pepper, coriander, cardamom, turmeric, garlic, licorice root, bay leaves and anise. Stir and bring the liquid to a boil.

Then remove from the heat and add the cumin, fennel, thyme, parsley, ginger and orange peel.

Boil for 20 minutes on low heat, drain the liquid and season it with soy sauce, vinegar, wine and salt to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil and cool. Use to season different types of meat, fish and delicacies.
