Required products :

200 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 20%

100 milliliters of water

200 grams of berries

1 sachet of gelatin

100 grams of granulated sugar

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with 1/2 tea cup of clean water and let it swell. In a saucepan, mix the cream and water, add the sugar and place the dish on the hob. Heat on low heat, stirring. After 15 minutes, pour the gelatin into the warmed liquid, but it should not boil.

Grind the strawberries with sugar to taste (you can use powdered sugar) using a blender until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.

Distribute the cream in suitable cups or bowls and store in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

When you take out the dessert, immerse the dishes in warm enough water so that their contents can be easily poured into a plate. Drizzle with strawberry sauce and serve.

You can serve the dessert in the same bowls.
