How To Cook Pancakes With Minced Meat (with Boiling Water) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon boiling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • oil to taste
  • 400 grams of minced meat (whatever you prefer)
  • 1 head old onion
  • 1.5 cups of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon crystal sugar
  • black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Fry onions in oil, add minced meat and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Make the dough for the pancakes. Beat the eggs with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar, pour the milk and boiling water. Then the flour and beat with a mixer until a liquid and homogeneous dough.

Heat a frying pan, grease and bake thin pancakes in it.

Put a spoon and a half of the minced meat in the middle (maybe two, it depends on how big the pancake is). Roll into rolls or shape into a packet.

You can lightly fry the pancakes in butter and serve them immediately.
