Finely chop the roots of celery and parsley, onion, leek. Put them in a pot of boiling water and let them boil for 10 minutes.
Mix the flour with the walnuts and add a little cold vegetable broth, stirring, not allowing lumps to form.
Add the resulting mixture in the pot with the vegetables and let everything boil for another 7-8 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished soup with chopped celery and parsley leaves, put the coriander and dill, close the dish with a lid for 3-4 minutes before serving.
