How To Cook Parsley Pesto With Kale, Pumpkin Seeds And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Parsley pesto with kale, pumpkin seeds and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 1/2 teaspoons fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/3 tea cup of kale leaves / curly cabbage /
  • 1/3 tea cup pumpkin seeds, raw
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 cup cold pressed olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  • Close the lid tightly and mash to a relatively smooth consistency.
  • Transfer the parsley pesto to a bowl and serve.
  • Store in the refrigerator in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
