Learn how to cook "Pasta fillet with broccoli and goat cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 500 grams of chopped broccoli
  • 1 packet of 400 grams of pasta fillet (or foam, fusilli)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • pepper
  • 120 grams of goat cheese

Method of preparation :

Fill a large saucepan with water, salt it and when it boils, add the broccoli. Blanch for 1 minute and remove with a slotted spoon. Transfer them to a bowl of ice cold water to keep the fresh green color.

Boil the pasta in hot water until ready, drain it and save half a glass of liquid.

Melt the butter and fry the garlic until it releases its aroma. Add the hot pepper, lemon zest, and after a minute the broccoli. Pour to the pasta, add the preserved water, parmesan and lemon juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Finally add grated goat cheese and serve.

Note: When adding water to the sauce, do it step by step so you can judge the consistency you want to achieve. Keep in mind that the spaghetti will absorb more of the sauce when they stay in it.
