How To Cook Pasta Nests With Minced Meat And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of tagliatelle pasta (you can use spaghetti)
  • 200-300 grams of minced meat (preferably a mixture of pork and beef)
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 50 milliliters of oil
  • salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove.

 

Pour them into the minced meat, add salt, pepper to taste, add the tomato puree and stir. Fry in oil.

 

Meanwhile, make nests from the pasta, put in a saucepan and fill with water, which should exactly cover them.

 

Boil them for 5 minutes.

 

Then remove from the water, arrange them in a tray (cover the bottom with aluminum foil) after the liquid has drained well.

 

Put 1 tablespoon of the filling on each.

 

On top - yellow cheese.

 

And bake for 10-12 minutes in the oven until the coating melts.
