Required products :

  • 500 grams of pasta of your choice
  • Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage leaves
  • Sea salt
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic - chopped
  • 400 grams of pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tea glass of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Method of preparation :

Add salt to water and cook the pasta in it until ready.

Meanwhile, heat 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the sage leaves for 4-5 seconds until crispy. Transfer them to paper and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.

In a large skillet, sauté the onions and garlic for 1 minute. Add the pumpkin and white wine, season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes, then add the cheese and butter, wait for them to melt.

At the end, add the cream and cooked pasta.

Stir and serve the pasta, garnished with crispy sage leaves.
