Required products :

  • pasta of your choice
  • minced mixture
  • onion
  • carrots
  • tomato paste
  • salt and spices to taste
  • garlic if desired
  • cheese

Determine the quantities of the products according to the desired number of servings and your taste preferences.

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, chop finely and fry until lightly golden in hot oil.

 

Add grated carrot, add oil if necessary. Stir and let the vegetables cook for about 7 minutes on medium heat.
