Required products :
250 grams of pasta
1 onion
1 clove garlic
400 grams of frozen spinach (maybe fresh)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
grated parmesan for sprinkling
Required products :
Thaw spinach, onion, and garlic peel and chop finely.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry onions and garlic until soft. Then add the spinach (if you use fresh, first scald it with boiling water and drain the liquid), lemon juice, and let it simmer for a few minutes, then season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Boil the pasta until ready in salted water, which then drains.
Serve with stewed spinach sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
