Required products :

  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 200 grams of unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2.5 teaspoons flour

For cream:

  • 500 grams of cream (sour) with a fat content of 20%
  • 1 teaspoon sugar


Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with the chopped cold butter and grind with your hands. Add the baking soda, eggs, sugar and condensed milk. Spread the dough evenly on the bottom of a greased pan (or cover it with greased parchment). Bake it for about 45 minutes in the oven, then cut round shapes using a cup, for example.

Whip the sour cream with the sweet crystals and cream and ready.

Dip each circle into the cream and glue it with a second.

Crush the swamp clippings and roll the resulting pastries in the crumbs.
