Required products :
350 grams of crushed peas
350 milliliters of water
1 onion
1 carrot
oil for frying
parsley and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel a pea, wash it several times under running cold water, then fill it with clean water and let it stand overnight.
The next day, change the water and boil the beans.
While they are cooking, make the stuffing. Peel an onion and chop finely, grate a carrot with a coarse grater.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it.
Add salt to the porridge at the end of cooking. Leave it on the stove to the desired density, being careful not to burn. When it cools, it will thicken even more, so consider this point.
