How To Cook Pea Soup With Minced Meat And Smoked Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of minced meat

1 onion

1 carrot

1 - 2 potatoes

800 grams of frozen peas

250 grams of smoked cheese

2 tablespoons butter

salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried parsley or dill

2 liters of hot water

 

sour cream and parsley to serve

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion and sauté in the oil until golden. Add diced carrots, fry for 3-4 minutes (until soft), add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and let everything cook for about 5-8 minutes.

Then transfer the mixture to a deep saucepan, add the peeled and diced potatoes, pour about 2 liters of hot water.

When the soup boils, add dried parsley or dill.

Once the potatoes are cooked, add the peas, wait for the soup to boil and add the smoked cheese, cut into pieces.

Leave on the stove until the peas are ready.

Serve with sour cream fresh parsley.
