Necessary products:

 

  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 50 grams of fresh basil
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 30 milliliters of lemon juice
  • peel half a lemon
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put olive oil and garlic cloves in a saucepan. Fry them over low heat and cool. Put the nuts, mint, basil, parmesan, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper in a blender.

 

Add the garlic cloves and beat, adding olive oil in a thin stream.

 

Pour into a bowl and cool. Serve and enjoy its fresh taste.
