Learn how to cook "Peppers stuffed with cheese, garlic and parsley". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
6 medium peppers
400 grams of cheese
100 - 150 grams of butter
2 - 4 cloves garlic (or to taste)
parsley to taste
Method of preparation:
Remove the tails with the seeds from the peppers. Make the filling by mashing the cheese with a fork and adding the butter, chopped garlic and finely chopped parsley. Mix everything well and fill the peppers with the mixture. You can use another green spice if you do not like parsley. Add salt if the cheese is not salty.
Put the peppers in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Before serving, cut them into circles 1 - 1.5 cm thick.
