Required products :

For the filling:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 grams of chicken breast
  • left
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3/4 tea cups frozen corn (or canned)
  • 3/4 tea cups frozen peas
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 green onion stalks
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

For the dough:

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons butter - cold, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 3/4 tea cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon cooking cream

Method of preparation :

Heat oil in a large skillet. Season the chicken with black pepper and salt and fry until browned on all sides.

Reduce heat and add lemon juice, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons water and cook until smooth. Remove from the oven and add the corn and peas, along with the finely chopped parsley, onion and dill.

For the dough:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix the flour together with the baking powder, salt and pepper. Add the butter and rub it into the flour to make crumbs, then add the chopped dill. Using a fork, stir while pouring the milk to get a soft dough.

Transfer the dough to a floured kitchen counter, mix it and roll it into a large rectangle measuring 10 cm by 13 cm. Cut into 4 equal pieces and distribute the filling in each of them, placing it on one side and wrap the filling with the other half. Use a fork to press the edges so that they do not open.

Spread each of the resulting pies with cream and bake for 20-25 minutes.
