Required products :

330-380 grams of flour
200 milliliters of warm water
3 grams of dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil

For the stuffing:

200 grams sour cream
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons oil
70-80 grams grated cheese
100 grams ham
1 onion
1 sweet pepper
salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add the sugar and leave for 15 minutes. Then add salt, oil, flour and knead a pliable dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Make the filling.
Add the lightly beaten egg and oil to the cream.
Grate the yellow cheese, cut the ham and pepper into strips, onion into semicircles, and mash the garlic with a press.
Mix the ingredients and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Roll out the dough very thinly on parchment and spread the filling on the surface. Carefully transfer to a pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
