Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 150 grams of butter
  • 400 grams of sour cream
  • 1 kg of onions
  • 5-6 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • spices: curry powder, ginger, coriander, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, sugar


Method of preparation :

Make a dough by mixing the flour with the butter, 4 tablespoons of cream and baking soda. Add a pinch of salt and sugar.

The dough should become elastic, but thick and not stick to the hands.

Spread it on the bottom of the tray and form boards. Place the dish in the refrigerator for half an hour so that the dough can cool.

Cut the onion into thin semicircles, the tomatoes into small pieces, peel the garlic and grate the yellow cheese.

Fry the onion in the oil, adding curry, salt, sugar, pepper and other spices of your choice at the beginning of the process. Stir well.

When it starts to turn golden brown, pour the tomatoes into the bowl, stir again and after a few minutes put the garlic cloves.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Mix the eggs with the cream, add salt and mix until smooth.

Remove the dough from the chamber, spread the filling evenly on it, cover it with the cream-egg filling, sprinkle with the yellow cheese and bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees.

It will be ready in 40 minutes.
