Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • left

For the stuffing:

  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 head old onion
  • 100 grams of cheese / yellow cheese of your choice
  • 200 grams of sorrel
  • salt and nutmeg

Method of preparation :

Wash and chop the sorrel, to which add the finely chopped garlic cloves and onion. Transfer to a pan, pour a little water and stew until the onion and garlic are soft. When this happens, pour into a colander to drain the liquid. While the mixture cools, start making the dough.

Add the butter, one egg and salt to taste to the flour. Knead and store in the refrigerator.

Mix the second egg with the shredded cheese / yellow cheese and sour cream. Season with salt and nutmeg.

Grease a pan with oil. Take the dough out of the fridge, let it relax and when it softens, spread half over the whole bottom of the bowl. Spread the filling on this base, cover with the remaining dough and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Once the dough changes color, the pie is ready (less than an hour is needed for this purpose).
