Required products :

  • 200 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of semolina
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 230 milliliters of carbonated water
  • 3 tomatoes
  • aromatic herbs and spices to taste and choice

 

Method of preparation :

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the sugar, salt, yeast and semolina. Stir. Add the oil and carbonated water to the dry ingredients, knead the dough and leave for an hour.

Grease your hands with oil, shape the dough into a loaf and place in a tray lined with baking paper. Let rise (about 30 minutes).

Then grease the surface with oil and spread the tomatoes, cut into circles. Sprinkle with aromatic herbs and spices.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pie for 20 - 25 minutes.

Leave the finished delicacy to cool and cut into pieces.
