Necessary products:
1/3 pineapple
125 ml dry white wine
1 bottle of semi-sweet or sweet champagne
Method of preparation:
Cut the peeled pineapple into cubes, put it in a blender, add the white wine and beat until a homogeneous mixture and foam. Then strain the mixture and put it in the freezer for 1 hour. Remove after the specified time and stir with a spoon (the consistency resembles ice cream). Take suitable glasses and fill 1/3 of them with the pineapple mixture, add champagne and serve!
You can use canned fruit, but without the syrup.
