Required products :

  • 150 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 35-40 cookies
  • 1 pineapple (canned)

 

Method of preparation :

Squeeze about 100 milliliters of pineapple juice, cut the rest into pieces, separating 4 circles for decoration.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the first with the sugar until light. Without stopping to beat, add the mascarpone.

Turn the egg whites into a stable foam and with the help of a spatula carefully combine with the sweet mass.

Dip the cookies in the juice, put a row of them in a form or use dessert bowls.

Followed by cream, pineapple slices, again biscuits, cream, fruit and so on until the dish is full.

Finish the mascarpone with pineapple and place in the fridge for 6 hours before serving.
