Required products :
500 milliliters of fresh milk
3 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
120 grams butter
2 tablespoons cognac
7 tablespoons (topped) flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
180 grams pitted prunes
Method of preparation :
Wash prunes.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add salt, chopped butter and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then cool slightly and pour the cognac.
Beat the eggs with a mixer and gradually add the sugar, including the vanilla.
Combine milk and egg mixtures, beat. Add the flour and let the dough rest for 15 minutes, then pour it into a greased form. Spread the prunes on the surface and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and let the dessert cook for another 40 minutes.
