Learn how to cook "Pizza calzone carbonara with ham, mozzarella and sour cream sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

180 grams of dough
60 grams of cream sauce (30 grams of sour cream and 30 grams of mayonnaise)
60 grams of mozzarella
50 grams of ham
50 grams of onion
1 egg yolk
parsley
oregano
salt
pepper

For the dough:

200 grams of flour
100-150 milliliters of warm water
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-2 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :

Cut the ham into thin straws.

Peel an onion and cut it in the same way as the ham.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the two products in it.

Season with ground black pepper and salt.

After about 3 minutes of frying on high heat, remove the onion and ham from the pan and place in a bowl.

Add the mozzarella, egg yolk and mix everything.

Knead the dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, add salt and olive oil, then gradually add the flour, kneading the dough.

Shape into a loaf and roll lightly. Stretch with your hands and cover the bottom of a suitable pan, which you have previously greased with oil. Let the dough cover the walls on one side of the dish, and just pull the other end, but not to the wall of the pan.

To apply the filling correctly, conditionally divide the dough into two parts. The one whose end covers the wall of the pan, spread with a sauce made of 30 grams of sour cream, 30 grams of mayonnaise and spices (salt, oregano, black pepper).

When you cover the base with it, spread the filling, sprinkle with a little mozzarella.

Make several cross-sections on the loose dough.

Then close the filling.

Pinch the edges.

Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 200-210 degrees.

Enjoy your meal!
