Learn how to cook "Pizza for breakfast with sausage and eggs". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/4 tea cup fresh milk
  • 3/4 tea cup grated cheddar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 250 grams of raw sausage (without the shell)
  • 4 eggs
  • 450 grams of ready-made pizza dough at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon grated potatoes
  • 1 cup grated ripe mozzarella (or yellow cheese)
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix the flour with it, mix well. A minute later, pour 1 teaspoon of milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly to thicken - about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and add 1/2 teaspoon of cheddar and stir to melt the cheese. Allow to cool while you prepare the remaining products.

Prepare the sausage and eggs. In a frying pan, break the sausage and fry for about 5-7 minutes, until done.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with 1/4 tea cup of milk and season with salt.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the sausage from the pan and allow it to drain on paper. In the fat separated from the meat, fry the eggs, stirring them, for about 3-4 minutes to obtain a creamy consistency. Remove from the heat.

Roll out the flour and transfer it to a suitable pan and punch it in several places.

Spread the pizza with the white sauce (you don't have to use the whole amount). Top with the sausage, add the grated potatoes and finish with the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella and remaining cheddar, finish with a few slices of green onion.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees until the cheeses are melted and the dough is baked.
