Required products :

600 grams of flour

2 teaspoons yeast

2 tablespoons olive oil

 

For the stuffing:

400 grams of canned tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

a pinch of sugar

mozzarella

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons oregano

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the flour on the hob, make a hole in the middle and put the yeast, salt, about 300 milliliters of cold water and olive oil. Knead a soft dough. If necessary, add a little more water. In case it turns out very liquid, add flour. Cover the finished dough with oiled plastic wrap and leave in a warm place until it doubles in volume. Dry the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces. Put them in a pan with olive oil and sugar, put on medium heat until almost all the liquid has evaporated, then strain thoroughly.

Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll them out, giving them a round shape. Arrange them in a tray (in this case 2 trays will be needed), the bottom of which you have sprinkled with flour and spread the tops with the resulting tomato sauce. Then distribute the grated mozzarella. Followed by oregano and parmesan (you can use other spices if desired). Bake the pizzas in a preheated oven until golden brown (about 10 minutes). Serve immediately.
