Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 220 grams of raw sausage
  • 7 medium-sized pearls or flat loaves
  • 1 teaspoon pizza sauce (like marinara)
  • 1/2 cup grated ripe mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced thin red onion
  • 4 tea cups arugula
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation :

First, remove the eggs from the refrigerator to simmer for 30 minutes.

During this time, remove the inside of the sausage and fry the meat, chopping it as much as possible. Pour the excess fat out of the pan.

Preheat the pearls for 4-6 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees until lightly browned.

After removing them from the oven, increase the temperature to 220.

Spread the 4 loaves with sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar, distribute the fried sausage and onion. Make a small well in the center of each pizza and tap the egg inside. Bake the pizzas for about 12-15 minutes, until the egg is ready, according to your taste.

In a bowl, mix the arugula, olive oil, lemon salt and season with pepper and salt to taste (do not overdo it, as there is a lot of cheese in the pizza). Sprinkle with parmesan and serve with pizzas.
