How To Cook Pizza With Ranch Sauce And Grilled Corn - Recipe

Required products :

• 1 kg of pizza dough divided into 4 balls
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 tablespoons Ranch sauce for spreading + more for garnish
• 240 grams of grated ripe mozzarella
• 2 heads of corn - cleaned
• 1 handful of basil leaves, chopped
• shredded feta cheese

Method of preparation :

Roll each ball of dough into a circle about 16 inches in diameter.

Spread each pizza with a spoonful of olive oil and grill for 60 seconds on each side.

Spread the pizza with Ranch sauce (1 tablespoon each) and garnish with mozzarella and corn.

Place on the grill again and cover until the cheese is melted and the dough is baked.

Garnish with chopped basil and feta, pour a little Ranch sauce.
