Required products :

11 tablespoons corn flour
250 milliliters of high-fat milk
3 eggs
11 cherry tomatoes
5 mushrooms
70 grams of Camembert cheese
200 grams of feta cheese
connection fresh basil
1 packet of baking powder
1/3 teaspoon olive oil
black pepper
salt

 

Method of preparation :

Using a mixer, mix the cornflour and eggs. Pour olive oil and milk, stir. The slurry must be liquid.

Simmer the cherry tomatoes for a minute in boiling water, then pour cold and peel their skins.

Wash the mushrooms, cut off their legs.

 

Cut the Camembert into small cubes and place it on the corn mixture, add the mashed feta cheese.

Season to taste, pour baking powder and stir.

Cover a suitable tray with parchment. At the bottom put a few tomatoes, mushrooms and a few basil leaves. Add the remaining leaves to the dough, mix and distribute evenly in the bowl.

 

Spread the dough on top and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.

Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.

 

When you take it out, let the polenta cool down a bit, place a plate on it and turn the dish over carefully. Remove the paper, cut into portions and serve.
