Required products :
1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds
3 teaspoons freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
3 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method of preparation :
Mix the juice with the sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let it cook for 30 minutes on medium heat, stirring.
Then allow the syrup to cool and do the procedure 2 more times. Add the pomegranate seeds and lemon juice and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring constantly. The consistency will thicken. The secret in this case is the cooling of the syrup after each subsequent boiling.
Distribute the jam in sterilized jars and close.
