Required products :
6 o'clock
12 tea glasses of water
packet of wine yeast
1 teaspoon pectin enzyme
2 teaspoons a mixture of citric, tartaric and malic acid
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
450 grams of raisins
1 Campden tablet (potassium or sodium metabisulfite)
Method of preparation :
Separate the pomegranate seeds and pour them into a saucepan, mash them thoroughly. Add all the other ingredients to the juice, except the yeast. Stir the mixture and leave overnight. Then add the yeast and let stand 6 days, stirring occasionally. Six days later, strain the contents of the pot and pour into a large bottle. Store it in a dark place for 3 weeks. Then pour the wine into glass bottles and store them in the cold. After three months you can consume. Keep in mind that it tastes best when left for at least a year.
