How To Cook Pork Chop With Honey Beer Marinade And Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pork steak with honey beer marinade and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 pieces of pork neck steak
  • 1 bottle of beer + 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup grated cheddar (or crushed blue cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
  • 2 spring onion stalks

Method of preparation :

Put the meat in an envelope with a zipper. In a bowl, combine the garlic, beer, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour the resulting mixture over the meat and leave it to marinate for 4 to 24 hours. Strain the meat and discard the marinade.

Grill the meat under a lid until it acquires a golden crust.

Meanwhile, prepare the topping in a small bowl, mix the cheese, nuts, green onions and season with black pepper.

Put the mixture on the steaks and bake for another 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and serve.
