Required products :

4 pork chops
2 tablespoons orange jam
125 milliliters freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 rosemary sprigs
1 medium red onion
2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
olive
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.
Mix the orange juice with the jam and mustard, put the pot on medium heat and bring the combination to a boil. Reduce heat to low and allow the sauce to cook for about 15 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Peel and chop the onion. Season the meat with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Heat some olive oil in a suitable pan and fry the chops in it on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
When this happens, add the onion and rosemary, pour the sauce and place the dish in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Remove the chops and onions to a plate, remove the rosemary stalks. Return the pan to the hob and pour in the lime juice. Cook the sauce over high heat for about 4-5 minutes (until thickened). Drizzle the pork with it and serve the dish immediately.
