How To Cook Pork Chops With Melted Cheese Wrapped In Bacon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 large boneless pork chops
  • 230 grams of melted cheese at room temperature
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Place the steaks between two layers of plastic wrap and thin them with a meat hammer to a thickness of 6-7 millimeters.
  • Season them with salt, pepper, onion and garlic.
  • Distribute 1/4 of melted cheese in the center of each of them and roll them.
  • Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each pork roll and secure the ends with toothpicks.
  • Transfer them to a greased pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30-40 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the bacon is golden brown.
  • Serve the steaks warm with mashed potatoes, stewed vegetables or other garnish of your choice.
