How To Cook Pork Chops With Mustard In Yellow Cheese Breading - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of pork

100 grams of Dijon mustard seeds

a few tablespoons of flour (for rolling)

2 eggs

2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

50 grams of yellow cheese

salt and pepper to taste

frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into portions.

 

Knock them on both sides.

 

Place them on a board, season with salt and pepper and generously spread on one side with mustard.

 

Put in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.

 

Grate the yellow cheese finely, mix it with the breadcrumbs. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.

 

Roll each piece of meat in flour.

 

Then dip in the eggs.

 

Finally, roll in breadcrumbs with yellow cheese.

 

Fry in hot oil on both sides.

 

 

Serve as a main course with garnish or as a cold appetizer.
